This design for Firesong complements the more elaborate one that I made for him for the Cosplay Central Crown competitions, and includes some of the garments that were planned for that design but did not end up fitting in. Also included are some "practice pieces" that I made to perfect the techniques for the Crown version, though I later also circled back to make an entirely new mask for this ensemble than the one pictured in the photoshoot. In early 2025 I decided to finish those garments and make them into their own separate design, using the blue floral medallion fabric for the surcoat, which had been in my stash for almost a decade.
