Welcome to my Daenerys Targaryen photo gallery! This is the first gallery post I will be making in the next few weeks in order to create a comprehensive gallery of my work hosted on blogger.
Daenerys was completed in July 2013 and debuted the same month at Albuquerque Comic Expo 2013. The dress is made of sky blue habbotai silk hand-printed with gold patterning using a stippling sponge absconded from my makeup kit. The shoulder pieces and belt are made of leather and the wig is styled by me and purchased from The Five Wits.

Photoshoot session was in August 2013. Later on I hope to have photos of this cosplay on a mannequin for easier visualization.

ReplyDeleteThis is still in my active cosplay repertoire, so I am afraid not! I would be happy to answer any questions you may have, however, if you decide to make Dany's Qarth dress yourself :)
DeleteIt is one of her easier costumes to make from scratch because it's not as structured as some of her later ones!
